    We reinvented
    AI Service
    Management.

A/DVNT Axxon is not a ticketing tool with AI bolted on. Governed AI agents hold your ITIL roles. LEXA is the four-verb interface every employee uses. The entire operation — IT, HR, Procurement, Facilities, Legal, Finance, Customer Service, Compliance — runs on one governed platform your organization owns. Bundled in every A/DVNT Enterprise license.

AI-Native Service Intelligence — governed agents hold your ITIL roles, not a ServiceNow replacement.

    Three structural failures
    no AI add-on can fix.

Legacy ITSM vendors all added AI features to platforms built when humans clicked tickets. The bottleneck isn't the missing AI — it's the workflow shape, the pricing model, and the assumption that agents are extensions of human queues. Axxon rebuilds those assumptions.

    Bolted-on chatbots

Legacy ITSM with an AI overlay sells you a chat window. The agent has no authority, no audit trail, no governance frame — it routes you to the same human queue the chatbot was supposed to bypass.

    Per-module, per-seat economics

Pay per seat, per module, per integration. Every new service domain (HR, Procurement, Facilities) is another contract negotiation. The compounding annual bill is the business model — not a side effect.

    Human-shaped workflows

Built when humans clicked tickets. Approval chains assume human latency. Routing logic assumes human triage. Adding AI to that workflow speeds nothing because the bottleneck is the workflow itself.

“The AI Companion is not a feature of Axxon.
    It is Axxon.”

LEXA is the four-verb operator interface — explain, route, unlock, act. Every employee interaction with the platform happens through LEXA. Every action LEXA takes runs under the governance frame: classified by tier, attributed by role, logged immutably.

Organizational knowledge, SLA policies, team structure, and routing rules live in a single system prompt — no retrieval hop, no second-tool detour, no orphaned context.

Explain — surface the policy, the precedent, the SLA
Route — to the right queue, the right role, the right tier
Unlock — open the resource, grant the access, file the ticket
Act — execute the change, place the order, run the playbook
All four verbs governed by three-tier autonomy — Auto / Pause / Forbidden

    Your ITIL process roles,
    held by governed AI agents.

In traditional ITSM, ITIL process roles are held by humans supported by the platform. Axxon inverts this. Governed AI agents hold those roles — operating within ITIL-defined rules and a policy-enforced governance layer. Humans retain authority over policy, exceptions, and strategic governance. Execution is delegated. Accountability is preserved.

    Service Owner

Agent holds the role across every domain. Reads the catalog, sets SLA, escalates exceptions.

    Incident Manager

Agent drives the bridge call. Coordinates response. Drafts post-mortems. Files the change request.

    Change Coordinator

Agent runs the CAB. Schedules windows. Validates regression scope. Auto-approves routine; pauses material changes.

    Knowledge Curator

Agent ingests every resolved incident into the knowledge base. Generates the runbook. Maintains the CMDB.

    Design · Build · Operate.
Assessment to operation in six months.

This is not a configuration engagement. We design the AI governance layer, deploy a production-grade platform, and hand your organization an institutional service operation — not a ticket system. The Axxon pre-built infrastructure compresses what typically takes 12–18 months into 6 months.

    01 · DESIGN
    Assessment → governance design
Catalog your current service stack, ticket flows, and governance posture. Design the policy frame, role assignments, and Auto/Pause/Forbidden tiers per domain. Exit criteria: signed governance charter and prioritized domain rollout sequence.
    02 · BUILD
    Deploy → integrate → configure
Stand up your dedicated Axxon instance under your governance frame. Wire integrations (identity, CMDB, comms, knowledge sources). Configure LEXA personas, agent role bindings, audit retention. Pre-built infrastructure compresses what typically takes 12–18 months into months — not quarters.
    03 · OPERATE
    Go-live → expand domains → measure
IT service management goes live first. Successive domains (HR, Procurement, Facilities, Legal Ops, Finance Ops, Customer Service, Compliance) activate in days — same schema, same agent layer, same audit trail. 7-year immutable audit retention from Day 1.

    One platform. Eight domains.
1–3 days to activate each new one.

Same governance frame, same agent layer, same audit trail — across IT, HR, Procurement, Facilities, Legal Ops, Finance Ops, Customer Service, and Compliance. No new vendor. No new contract. No new integration sprint.

    DOMAIN 02
    HR Service Management

Onboarding · benefits · employee requests — the people stack, governed end-to-end.

    DOMAIN 03
    Procurement

Purchase requests · vendor onboarding · contract lifecycle — AI agents in every loop.

    DOMAIN 04
    Facilities

Workspace requests · equipment · access control — operations workflows productized.

    DOMAIN 05
    Legal Operations

Contract review queue · clause libraries · vendor agreement intake.

    DOMAIN 06
    Finance Operations

Expense intake · approval routing · vendor payments — Auto/Pause/Forbidden governed.

    DOMAIN 07
    Customer Service

External support governed under the same operating layer. Bounded authority, full audit.

    DOMAIN 08
    Compliance & Risk

Policy attestations · evidence collection · audit prep — continuous, not annual.

Not a different price for the
    same thing.

Dollar figures vary by org size and current contract posture — those are scoped on the briefing call. What doesn't vary is the structural difference.

    Axxon replaces execution-layer headcount
    with governed agents.

A fully-staffed legacy ITSM implementation requires dedicated human role holders across Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Knowledge, and Continual Service Improvement — plus dedicated platform administrators. Axxon moves execution to governed agents and elevates humans to policy authority and exception judgment. Higher-value roles, not larger headcount.

    LEGACY MODEL
    Humans hold execution
    • ·Process Owners across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge
    • ·CMDB Admin · Asset Admin · Continual Service Improvement lead
    • ·3–5 dedicated platform administrators
    • ·Execution-layer headcount that grows with ticket volume

    // Common questions

    Questions we get asked

Is A/DVNT Axxon a ServiceNow replacement?

No. Axxon is AI-native service intelligence — governed AI agents that hold ITIL roles across eight service domains. It runs alongside or on top of your existing service stack rather than requiring you to rip it out, and it inherits the same governance layer as the rest of the A/DVNT platform.

    What is LEXA?

LEXA is the four-verb operator interface for Axxon: explain, route, unlock and act. Operators work through those four verbs, and the act verb is tier-gated so an agent can only change something when policy and the operator's entitlement both allow it.

Which service domains does Axxon cover?

Eight service domains, covering the operational spine of IT and shared services — incident, request, change, problem, knowledge, asset, service level and continuous improvement — all governed on one platform rather than stitched across separate tools.

Is Axxon included in A/DVNT Enterprise?

Yes. Axxon is bundled in every A/DVNT Enterprise licence. It can also be deployed on its own where service operations are the priority and the wider licence is not yet in scope.
