Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using A/DVNT services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
Services
A/DVNT provides platform engineering services including Signature (managed platform builds), Venture (custom ownership builds), Cloud (infrastructure tools), Advisory (strategic consulting), and Academy (education). Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual agreements.
Platform Builds
Signature platforms are built and managed by ADVNT on shared infrastructure. Venture platforms transfer full IP ownership upon completion. Build timelines, pricing, and scope are specified in your service agreement.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense ADVNT tools or methodologies without written consent.
Intellectual Property
A/DVNT retains ownership of its methodologies, design systems, cloud tools, and shared infrastructure. For Signature builds, ADVNT retains platform IP. For Venture builds, IP transfers to you upon project completion and final payment. Content you provide remains yours.
Limitation of Liability
A/DVNT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Upon termination of Signature services, platform access will be transitioned or wound down per the agreed timeline. Data export will be provided upon request.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
